Returns/Exchanges
To process an exchange or return on the order you have received, Please contact [email protected]. For exchange requests, list the item you want to exchange for. Merch Method will accept any unwashed, unworn merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of arrival for domestic orders and 45 for international orders. all media must be sealed.
For Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you receive the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged. Please contact [email protected]. We can issue a pre-paid return label for orders. We will either refund your order or re-ship your new item, per your request. New tracking information will be provided via e-mail. We do not offer discounts or partial refunds.
International Orders
You must mail us your package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping, and we will refund your shipping cost upon receiving your return. Please do not use any expedited shipping methods as we will NOT be able to offer a full refund on any expedited shipping methods.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse for the new item shipment to be processed. Please let us know if your order is needed by a specific date or holiday and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
